Hi, I’m Marina!
I tackle complex challenges with thoughtful, human-centered design and help bring impactful digital products and services into being. As a designer and strategist, I feel as comfortable crafting a big picture vision as I do tinkering with the details of a Figma prototype. I also love figuring out what makes people tick and how to tell compelling stories through words and images.
Above all, I hold a deep dedication to serving others, and I approach every project with creativity, warmth, and a sense of possibility.
Currently
I design products and services as a U.S. Digital Corps Fellow↗ at 10x↗, the federal government's venture studio and innovation lab. Right now, I'm working to build and scale research operations for federal teams, so they can more easily connect with the American public. I also lead a cross-functional team that manages 10x’s website.
Previously
I worked on web and application process design for the state of Utah as a Coding it Forward Fellow↗, partnered on several access-to-justice design projects with the Stanford Legal Design Lab, and studied human evolution and architecture at Harvard. View my full resume↗.
Otherwise
You can find me running around Brooklyn, taking photos, and dreaming about becoming a cat parent one day soon.
